My Strength

For Love of Waheguru Ji (Wondrous God & Supreme Master of Subliminal Truth)

Poem by Bal (Humbly Yours)

Like an unmovable rock,

Sitting peacefully on the river bed,

Cool with contentment,

In it’s rightful place,

The river welcomes back the porous rock,

Switching current to accommodate,

In constant union they remain bound,

The rock enlightened to purpose,

A filth smasher here forward,

Impenetrable to nothing but pure water,

Such is the bond,

Catching the grime on its rugged surface,

And making ornament,

To pass time,

The river water seeps into the rocks’s core,

Tricklet by tricklet they reminisce,

The rock is in service to the river,

But in any which way they are the same.
